We are an affiliate of Fans Club which has been in business for 8 years now and our
goal is to help the Cartoon and Sports fans to bring their favorite characters
and teams to their daily lives. We specialize in distribution of licensed sports and cartoon watches, clocks, bags, backpacks, novelty telephones, talking lamps, tshirts, cell phone faceplates, caps,
bedding sheets, comforters, shower curtains, towels and bath accessories... We strive to be your
one-stop shop for hard to find sports and cartoon licensed novelty gifts and products.
Shipping: Most orders are shipped in 48hrs from the date of your
order. For out of stock merchandise we strive to email you the approx ship to
date or status update within 48hrs. For customers who feel more time urgency,
please make an effort to contact us after the order is placed to make sure the

Once order is placed any cancellation needs to be made by phone with a live representative, and there will
be a 10% cancellation fee deducted from refund to cover the cost of banking and
handling. ** Emails are not valid form of request since most of the time orders will be processed before the email is read. ** Once the package is packing and shipping it can no longer be canceled till item is received and returned.
Error Claims:All claims, including but not limited to shipping error or product defects need to be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Special order Sports Items, Made to Order and custom made products are not refundable. Example include Sports licensed Rugs and Mats by Fanmats, bedding and home decor products manufactured by SportsCoverage
All the rest products and package needs to be returned in its original condition at your cost
within 15 days of receipt for refund. Shipping and handling are not refundable, and where the actual cost of shipping is higher than the s/h paid, the higher cost will be deducted from the refund. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns to cover the administration cost (No exceptions) .
Return items which are received after 30 days of purchase date due to postal error or carrier misroute in which customers are not at fault (package was shipped back before 30day period) will be accepted subject to the standar 25% restocking fee, and plus additional 10% for each month beyond the first 30 days.
Damaged items needs to be claimed within 10 days and returned for exchange of the same item within 15 days for consideration. Customer pay for the shipping cost to send it back and we will pay for the shipping cost of sending the exchange unit. Defective items need to be claimed through the manufacturer warranty process whenever applicable. When manufacturer warranty does not exist for your particular product, we will replace the item with a $ 7.50 handling fee, if claim is made within 30 days of purchase and item is still in its original condition and package.
Although we select carefully our suppliers to strive for the highest customer satisfaction as we can. There is no guarantee that everything will work as they are designed 100% of the time. Big & Little, Inc does not offer or imply
any extension to the original manufacturer's warranty. For quality flaw or
warranty issues, please refer to each products warranty book and contact the
manufacturer directly to have the item repaired or replaced.
We charge a $ 25.00 reprocessing fee for returned checks, bank sales
receipt inquiries, or chargebacks.
