We are an affiliate of Fans Club which has been in business for 8 years now and our goal is to help the Cartoon and Sports fans to bring their favorite characters and teams to their daily lives. We specialize in distribution of licensed sports and cartoon watches, clocks, bags, backpacks, novelty telephones, talking lamps, tshirts, cell phone faceplates, caps, bedding sheets, comforters, shower curtains, towels and bath accessories... We strive to be your one-stop shop for hard to find sports and cartoon licensed novelty gifts and products.


Shipping: Most orders are shipped in 48hrs from the date of your order. For out of stock merchandise we strive to email you the approx ship to date or status update within 48hrs. Cancellation Policy: Once order is placed any cancellation needs to be made by phone with a live representative, and there will be a 10% cancellation fee deducted from refund to cover the cost of banking and handling.  ** Emails are not valid form of request since most of the time orders will be processed before the email is read. ** Once the package is packing and shipping it can no longer be canceled till item is received and returned. 

Error Claims:All claims, including but not limited to shipping error or product defects need to be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Returns for most new, unopened items must be delivered to us within 30 days of marked delivery. The refund is for the cost of the item itself minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that shipping is paid to the post office, not us, and is therefore non-refundable. If you received free shipping or discounted shipping upon purchase, the true cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Items returned after the initial 30 day period are only accepted if there is a prior agreement or an additional 10% processing fee will be deducted. Also, it is important to reference your order number and obtain a delivery confirmation number so that you may notify us of its arrival and your refund will be processed faster upon delivery. If you feel that the cost of shipping and the restocking fee will outweigh the initial refund you receive, please contact us by email or by phone so that we may work on a solution that would benefit you better.

 

DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY

Our store warranty for the products we sell is 14 days upon marked delivery. Returns for faulty items due to manufacturer defect, must be mailed to us within 14 days of marked delivery. Please note the damage and whether you would like a refund or exchange**. Once we receive it, we will research the issue and process your return. Similar to what is stated in our SRP above, it is important to reference your order number and obtain a delivery confirmation number so that you may notify us of its arrival and your refund/exchange will be processed faster upon delivery.

If your order comes with an extended warranty from the manufacturer, it is best to contact them first before coming to us regarding a return of the product. Also, as stated previously, the shipping cost for the order is paid to the post office and is non-refundable.

NOTE: If we discover more defects/damage other than what is mentioned by you (names written, food crumbs, etc.,) we have the right to deduct 15% off of your refund or refuse to accept the return and issue a refund to your order

 

WRONG ITEM/ORDER SHORTAGE POLICY

Due to past experience, we have resent orders with prepaid return labels to people claiming they received the wrong order only to never receive the incorrect item back. Just like with any store we need to see the item first before we can process an exchange. If you received an item completely different than what you initially ordered, please email us a photo attachment of the item received within 7 days upon marked delivery. If you are unable to provide a photo^ please proceed with sending the item to

If you received an Order Shortage, you must make a claim with us within 7 Days of marked delivery. Once we review and investigate your order, you will be contacted with a resolution regarding your particular case.

 

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY

It is important that you have all the correct information listed in the shipping address. Items that are returned back to us due to incorrect information^^ such as wrong address, unclaimed package, an expired forwarding address, etc., will receive a refund for the price of the product minus a 20% restocking and postage fee.

If you do not want the package it is best to follow the instructions above in our SRP and DO NOT use Return to Sender. RTS Packages take longer to get back to us (sometimes months) and there will be more postage due. If we receive an item marked RTS you will receive a refund for the price of the product minus a 20% restocking and postage fee. In addition, similar to our RTS, if you received free shipping or discounted shipping upon purchase, the true cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

**If the item is unavailable at the time of return, we will contact you with an alternate option of equal value at which you may decide if you want to still want an exchange or prefer a refund instead.

^ If you cannot provide a photo or refuse to provide a photo, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return. Providing a photo will prevent you from having to pay out of pocket for the return shipping.

^^If the information you entered in is correct and this was a mistake of the courier, please email us a photo attachment of your most recent utility bill showing that the address you entered is correct and that you receive mail at that address.

  • Google Checkout and Paypal for customers from U.S.A
  • Cashier's Check or Money Orders (Make sure you reference the order number when sending the payment)
We charge a $ 25.00 reprocessing fee for returned checks, bank sales receipt inquiries, or chargebacks.
